N2X Cares
At N2X, we believe we have a social and corporate responsibility to support our community in ways that will bring us closer to a world where everyone has equal access to resources that will help support their mental and physical wellbeing. We uphold our commitment by supporting at least two organizations per year through donations and volunteering. In the past, we have supported organizations, such as Roughnecks with a Cause, Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids, and more. For the N2X Cares 2021 campaign we will be supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region (CMHA Calgary) and I Love First Peoples.
N2X is honoured to be part of Imagine Canada’s Caring Company Program. This program celebrates companies for their excellence and leadership in community investment and corporate responsibility. As a Caring Company, we commit to donating a minimum of 1% of our pre-tax profits to local communities through charities and non-profits.
Canadian Mental Health Association
N2X is working with CMHA Calgary in 2021 as we understand the positive impact that access to mental health resources and a support network can have on individuals’ wellbeing. CMHA Calgary is a branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), which is the most established and extensive community health organization in Canada and a national leader in community-based mental health service integration and coordination.
For more than 65 years, CMHA Calgary has been providing a person and family centered integrated service model focused on early intervention and prevention of a mental health or substance use concern to increase community resiliency. CMHA Calgary provides peer support and a platform for advocacy and leadership in the community to engage, help organize, and empower and support the community in building the capacity to understand and support those living with mental health and substance use challenges.

I Love First Peoples
N2X will be supporting the I Love First Peoples (ILFP) organization for 2021 as we understand the power of bridging communities together. ILFP empowers Indigenous children and youth to succeed through education and the motivation to stay in school. The organization bridges communities through practical projects and peace-building student exchanges that promote reconciliation and education.
I Love First Peoples has arranged various projects, from shoebox drives, building art kits for kids, entrepreneurship program for teens, and pen pal programs to encourage friendship building amongst young children. All of these programs aim to help spread awareness, promote mental health, and create a link between communities.
