The Model 3K00 Pressure / Vacuum Vent is designed for use on atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks where pressure and vacuum relief are required. Weight-loaded pallets in the vent housing allow the intake of air and the escape of vapors as the tank breathes due to thermal changes and product movement in and out of the tank. The pallets open and close to permit in-breathing and out-breathing necessary to maintain the tank pressure within permissible limits to avoid damage to the tank. -
The Model 4100 end-of-line spring-loaded conservation vent provides pressure and vacuum relief in applications where higher-pressure settings are required.the model 4100 can easily be field converted to a vacuum-only vent, or a pressure/vacuum vent. -

The Model 4300 end-of-line spring-loaded vacuum vent is intended for use on storage tanks, vapor recovery systems, and process systems where higher vacuum relief settings are required. -
The Model 4400 spring-loaded pressure relief vents are designed for higher pressure settings and are used in applications for normal or emergency venting pressure relief. The series 4400 vents are pressure-only devices and, as such, do not provide vacuum relief. -
The Model 4500 spring-loaded pressure vent with pipe away is intended for use where higher set pressures are required, and the relieving vapors must be piped away and not emitted into the atmosphere. May also be used for in-line vacuum relief. -
The Model 4600 spring-loaded vacuum relief vents are intended for use on low-pressure tanks, vapor recovery systems, and process systems where higher vacuum relief is required. -
The Vahn-Tech Series 4X4 packs more than double the torque of conventional rack and pinion actuators thanks to its four pistons generating torque around a centrally located pinion. With more pistons in the actuator, this allows the actuator being more compact with size reduced by more than 30% compared to double piston actuator of the same torque. With four small cylinders each located on one of four sides of the unit and at a given air pressure, the 4x4 produces the same torque output as double piston models using smaller diameter pistons and a narrower pinion. The narrower pinion allows the pistons to travel shorter distances so that they can move faster from one position to the next. -
The Model 5100 end-of-line conservation breather vent is intended for use on atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks where pressure and vacuum relief is required. -
The Pilot Operated Model 5200 vent provides pressure and vacuum relief in applications that require vapors to be piped away. -
The Logix 520MD Series digital positioner combines superior positioning and tuning functions with convenient setup and powerful diagnostic tools. The Logix 520MD positioner uses a multi-variable gain tuning algorithm which allows the positioner to make large step changes with minimal overshoot while achieving the resolution to respond to very small step changes. The Auto-tune procedure cycles the actuator to produce a measured response and selects gain values that provide appropriate actuator performance. The Auto-tune function includes a gain modifier selector that can be used to increase or decrease the calculated gain in order to achieve optimal performance. Easy DIP switch configuration for tuning mode and other common settings. For custom settings, tuning sets can be modified with a handheld or with ValveSight software, to accommodate a wide range of actuator sizes and types. -

The Logix 520MD+ Positioner is designed to withstand severe environments; it is equipped with over 130 helpful warning alarms that can warn against potential failure of the valve, actuator, and positioner. When utilized with the ValveSight DTM Software many diagnostic tools are available to quickly diagnose problems and potential issues. -
The Model 5400 is designed for use on atmospheric and low-pressure tanks to reduce environmental emissions and product losses, when operating close to the set point. -
The Pilot Operated Model 5500 conservation pressure vent with pipe-away is intended for use where pressure relief is required and the relieving vapors must be piped away and not emitted into the atmosphere. May also be used for in-line vacuum relief. -
The Model 6K00 Pressure / Vacuum Vent with Flame Arrestor is designed for use on atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks where pressure and vacuum relief are required. The model 6K00 is used as an independent safety system to ensure explosion protection. -
The Model 8700 emergency pressure/vacuum vents provide emergency pressure and vacuum relief beyond that furnished by the normal pressure vent for atmospheric and low-pressure tanks, as well as providing convenient access for tank cleaning, inspection, and repair. The vacuum relief allows the intake of air necessary to maintain the tank pressure within the permissible vacuum limit to avoid damage to the tank. -
The 8900 Series manway pressure and pressure/vacuum relief vents provide emergency pressure relief beyond that furnished by the normal pressure vent for atmospheric and low-pressure tanks, as well as convenient access for tank cleaning, inspection, and repair. Emergency relief vents provide relief from excessive internal pressure which may be caused by an abnormal condition; such as ruptured internal heating coils, an external fire, a failure of the tank blanketing system, a sudden cooling of the tank or a break in the tank wall.
