  • The Valbart CEGV compact expanding gate valve is a fabricated body-expanding gate valve manufactured andtested in accordance with API 6D, latest edition. The compact expanding gate design features a full-bore diameter, with a compact, non-through conduit design providing a compact and lightweight valve package. Valbart expanding gate valves are engineered to achieve tight shutoff at high and/or low pressures in liquid or gas services. The expanding gate and segment design provides a high-integrity seal for a variety of critical applications, while affording lower operating friction.

  • CavStream valve trim lowers cavitation damage by controlling the location and concentration of cavitation vapor bubble implosion in an area away from metal parts. CavStream trim utilizes a number of small, diametrically opposed flow holes through the walls of a special plug.

  • Cashco’s Model CA-2 is a compact bronze or stainless steel back pressure regulator used to control inlet pressure levels between atmospheric and 610 psig (42.0 Barg) by relieving excess pressure. This model can be utilized in various services such as liquid recirculation around pumps, cryogenic gas, or liquid or sour service and can be used as a bypass flow regulator in fuel oil systems.

  • The Model BQ is a relief regulator suitable as a back pressure regulator or bypass valve for controlling inlet pressures between 5 and 300 psig (0.34 to 20.7 Barg). This model is designed for controlling a wide range of fluids, including air, inert gases, cryogenic gas or liquids, chemicals, water, fuel oil, and steam.

  • Goodwin choke valves utilize solid tungsten carbide trim, therefore, minimizing the erosion of critical components, thereby providing long-term reliability of performance in severe service. With the use of “torturous path” technology, it dissipates and controls the high energy, velocity, and turbulence within its trim. Consisting of one or more concentric sleeves with specifically aligned holes in each, the trim provides controlled staged pressure reduction.   • Goodwin’s Axial Isolation Valves can be operated fully open to fully closed or vice-versa in less than 2 seconds. This is compared to a ball valve which usually requires 1 second per inch of bore to do the same operation. The streamlined flow path through an Axial Isolation Valve has minimal pressure drop. The flow is directed through the valve to avoid critical sealing areas, promoting the longevity of the sealing arrangement. This valve has a bi-directional flow because of the pressure-energized seals, bubble-tight shut-off is achieved in both directions.   Actuation Options Include:

    Axial Isolation Valve
  • The 8900 Series manway pressure and pressure/vacuum relief vents provide emergency pressure relief beyond that furnished by the normal pressure vent for atmospheric and low-pressure tanks, as well as convenient access for tank cleaning, inspection, and repair.  Emergency relief vents provide relief from excessive internal pressure which may be caused by an abnormal condition; such as ruptured internal heating coils, an external fire, a failure of the tank blanketing system, a sudden cooling of the tank or a break in the tank wall.

  • The Model 8700 emergency pressure/vacuum vents provide emergency pressure and vacuum relief beyond that furnished by the normal pressure vent for atmospheric and low-pressure tanks, as well as providing convenient access for tank cleaning, inspection, and repair. The vacuum relief allows the intake of air necessary to maintain the tank pressure within the permissible vacuum limit to avoid damage to the tank.

  • The Model 6K00 Pressure / Vacuum Vent with Flame Arrestor is designed for use on atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks where pressure and vacuum relief are required. The model 6K00 is used as an independent safety system to ensure explosion protection.

  • The Pilot Operated Model 5500 conservation pressure vent with pipe-away is intended for use where pressure relief is required and the relieving vapors must be piped away and not emitted into the atmosphere. May also be used for in-line vacuum relief.

  • The Logix 520MD Series digital positioner combines superior positioning and tuning functions with convenient setup and powerful diagnostic tools. The Logix 520MD positioner uses a multi-variable gain tuning algorithm which allows the positioner to make large step changes with minimal overshoot while achieving the resolution to respond to very small step changes. The Auto-tune procedure cycles the actuator to produce a measured response and selects gain values that provide appropriate actuator performance. The Auto-tune function includes a gain modifier selector that can be used to increase or decrease the calculated gain in order to achieve optimal performance. Easy DIP switch configuration for tuning mode and other common settings. For custom settings, tuning sets can be modified with a handheld or with ValveSight software, to accommodate a wide range of actuator sizes and types.
