RESILIENT SEATED BUTTERFLY VALVES

OVERVIEW

VAHN-TECH’s Rubber Lined Butterfly Valve design features a one-piece body to minimize weight and maximum strength, and the back seat allows easy installation and reliable operation.

      • Polished disc edge provides full concentric sealing with lower torque and long service life.
      • Has bi-directional sealing which is suitable for regular flow and contraflow working conditions.
      • A cylindrical pin enables a vibration-free connection between the shaft and the disc.
      • Rubber seats vulcanized on the body so that the seats protrude a little outside the valve body (this eliminates a need for a flange gasket). Replaceable seal held with seat ring on the disc allows easy maintenance.
