  • MegaStream control valve trim reduces control valve noise and vibration in a wide range of gas applications.     Multi-Stage Cage Noise Reduction Trim
  • The MaxFlo 4 is a high-performance eccentric rotary plug control valve. The flow path is unobstructed by the shaft, allowing higher capacity for a given valve size. This noncrossover shaft design also eliminates shaft damage from erosive process fluids. The shaft is designed per ASME B16.34 Section 6.5 to prevent the stem from being removed while the valve is under pressure for increased safety.

  • Built from the same basis of design principles as the Mark One but fabricated from bar stock, the Mark Two is an extremely versatile control valve. Due to its constructions, it is available in many different configurations with shorter lead times than conventionally cast valve bodies, even in high-pressure classes or special alloys.

  • The Flowserve Valtek Mark Six is a globe-style, single-seat, top-entry automatic control valve with a fabricated extension for cold box cryogenic applications to -425°F/‑218°C. Mark Six bodies are constructed of bronze or austenitic stainless steel for high impact strength at low temperature and minimum heat transfer. Mark Six is designed for high flow capacity with a minimum of mass to reduce boil-off on valve cool-down.

  • The Mark One-X offers a cost-effective means of installing a small valve in a much larger line without line reducers or expanders. It is identical to a standard Mark One except for its body, which has expanded outlets.

  • The Valtek Mark Four Tek-Check, non-slamming piston check valve, provides rugged performance and reliable service in corrosive and non-corrosive, gas and liquid applications. The smooth, nearly-constant area internal passages allow for high capacity flow with minimum turbulence. When the flow ceases or is reversed, the piston closes slowly, preventing pressure surges. The non-slam design is also effective in dampening pulsating flow.

By using stainless steel material the actuators have far reaching resistance to corrosion even without a protective coating. Accessories such as positioners, limit switches or solenoid valves etc. can be fitted according to NAMUR. Compact versions with enclosed accessories are also available.
    Spring Diaphragm
  • The HPFlow is designed for high pressure applications up to 60,000 psi for very special needs. With the unique split body design it is possible to clamp the seat in between the body parts to handle these extreme pressure ratings. In combination with high pressure there is very often the need to handle also high diferential pressure. In this case the HPFlow series offers an axial multi-stage trim design.

  • The Cashco’s Model HP-1+6+S is a heavy-duty, high-pressure reducing differential regulator. The internal trim is of a pressure-balanced design, with the diaphragm having both up and down stops. Inlet pressure may be as high as 3000 psig (207 Barg). Outlet pressure may be as high as 1500 psig (103 Barg). Differential pressure may vary from 15-150 psid (1.0-10.3 Bard). The model HP-1+6+S is most used in gaseous and non-cavitating liquid services.

  • The HK control system provides NCS series functionality with the added protection of an enclosure as well as temperature compensation through internal heating and regulation. This series encloses the entire control system with only externals components being the plenums and nitrogen cylinders. Our stands provide the ability to affix plenums or nitrogen cylinders. Other customer requested options can be integrated into this control system.With the plenum bottles still likely being exposed to the elements, we would recommend investing in our Temperature Control Accessories to minimize pressure compensation within the system.
